Today tried steam brownie. I found my steam chocolate cake normally turn out good. This version of brownie is the same. Just follow the recipe for the step. You can reduce the sugar content based on your taste, that is what I usually do. However, for this version I did not cut the sugar reason due to I am using extra dark chocolate powder. I wonder it will become bitter if I cut the sugar.
