Jang Shou Korean Charcoal BBQ

The restaurant locate at "The colour of the Bay" at Esplanade Mall. I had passed by the restaurant but never have the chance to try it. Today I made the chance. I went to the restaurant to celebrate my colleague's birthday.

All the menus of Jang Shou Korean Charcoal BBQ, from the traditional royal cuisine of Grilled beef, ever-popular Marinated pork rib, the king of fermented food, Bean paste pot stew and Kimchi pot stew, to Cold buckwheat noodle, which is the highlight of the perfect harmony of ingredients, showcases the sincerity and extreme care to every detail.

We ordered Soybean Paste Stew with Seafood , Assorted Pan-Fried Beef with Mushroom, Olive Wine Marinated Sliced Pork Belly(Is it the correct pork??), Riced mixed with Assortment in Hot Stone Pot, Cold buckwheat noodle(correct???) & lot of side dishes.

As it was ordered by my colleague's friend, I am wondering am I get the correct dishes name. Overall the food is nice, but a bit expensive for me.

Side dishes - I like some of it, the kimchi is nice..

The onion + utensil - I had hard time using this chopsticks as it is flat. I am wondering if I go to Korea, should I bring my own chopsticks?? I Really cannot have food with this type of chopsticks.
