荷兰村的Michael Jackson (鸳鸯)& 三捞河粉

I had been to Holland Village quite some time and I found although there is only one street but it seems full of energy when the night falls.

Holland Village is a microcosm of Singapore life, a curious mix between old and new.
The place is sometimes referred as "Holland V". The Holland V Shopping Mall, a landmark in Holland Village with its distinctive windmill at the top of the building.
You may find variety food chains here.

今天去了荷兰村(Holland Village)的food court for lunch。I ordered 三捞河粉 & Michael Jackson.

What is 三捞河粉? It is the kway Tian fried with bean spourt and slices fish. Among so many 三捞河粉 I tasted before, I like the XO Fish Head that stall.

What is Michael Jackson? In chinese it was written as 鸳鸯, but it is not the 鸳鸯 I taste normally at Hong Kong Cafe. It actually is the soya bean mixed with 仙草。Then why it called Michael Jackson, I asked my friend. The reason is it he is mixed with black(past) and white(current). I wonder how they think of this special name for this drink.
