Mixed Berries Lassi


I tried few types of different lassi with berries. All tasted very nice for me. All the lassi, I add honey/condensed milk/brown sugar to make it less sour or original. If you like the drink to be more sour, don't add any sweet stuff. I personally feel honey and brown sugar mixed well. Condensed milk will make it has very strong milk taste which some will not like it

(A) Mixed Berries Lassi
Ingredients:
 * 1.5 cups of frozen strawberry(washed and cut into slices)
 * 150g blueberries
 * 1 cup of natural yogurt
 * 3/4 cup of skim milk(or more)
 * 2 tbsp honey(optional)

Preparation:
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse for up to a minute.
  2. If you want a thinner consistency, simply add a little more milk. Divide lassi amongst glasses and serve immediately.

(B) Kiwi Blueberry Lassi
Ingredients:
 * 1.5 cups of frozen kiwi(skin removed and cut into slices)
 * 150g blueberries
 * 1 cup of natural yogurt
 * 3/4 cup of skim milk
 * 2 tbsp condensed milk(optional)
 * 1 tbsp Nutella(optional) 

Preparation:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse for up to a minute.
  2. If you want a thinner consistency, simply add a little more milk. Divide lassi into 2 portion. One added with Nutella and blend again.

(B) Banana Strawberry Lassi
Ingredients:
 * 1.5 cups of frozen strawberry(washed and cut into slices)
 * 2 piecs of frozen banana(skin removed and cut into slices)
 * 1 cup of natural yogurt
 * 3/4 cup of skim milk

# You can choose only frozen one type of fruit.

Preparation:
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse for up to a minute.
  2. If you want a thinner consistency, simply add a little more milk. Divide lassi amongst glasses and serve immediately.
