I met up with few colleagues and she asked me what I wanted to have. I was thinking of dim sum as I love dim sum a lot. She recommended Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant华乐酒家 which she goes often. The signature of the restaurant is the polo char siew bun, that is really delicious. The steamed carrot cake is very nice too. Prawn dumpling is standard, not much complain. Salted egg yolk bun is fine, siew mai and prawn rice rolls are food too. The last is the big dumpling in soup, shark fin dumpling which tasted quite nice and special. 1st time have such kind of dim sum.
As this is restaurant in Hotel so the price if compare to some dim sum that you had outside, it is slightly higher for the price but worth to try out their dim sum. The service is good too. You will also notice the crowd on this restaurant and a lot of the old customers who come back again as you see they are like very familiar with the manager and waiter/waitress there.
