I always see Astons having long queue during dinner time. I think they are so success because they offer good quality yet cheaper food. Their side dishes's portion are given quite generously, look at the photo below. The food generally quite good and so far I haven have any complain on it.
They have lot of branches around Singapore, you may sometime find it at some food centre. They have variety choice on the menu, chicken, pork, beef, lamb & fish, you can choose any you like and that include 2 side dishes. You can choose from cold or hot side dishes.

I went to Ang Mo Kio for dining the other day and decided to go for Astons Express. It is located at Fu Chan Coffeeshop and I noticed the price on the menu slightly cheaper by $1++ in general compare if you din in Astons Specialties, except the ribs which is $24.50 on the Specialties menu while $13.90 on the Express menu, may be there are different in size.
