Milo Cake


Ingredient 材料:
Eggs 蛋 10粒
Butter 牛油 450g
Flour 麵粉 300g - Can use self-raising flour 可以用自发面粉(要过滤)
Kaya I tin(中)
Condensed milk 炼奶 I tin (中)
Milo 500g

做法:
1. 牛油打至發白,加入蛋[一粒一粒加]攪拌均勻。
     Beat the butter until white, add in the egg one by one and beat well
2. 加入加吔,牛奶,milo,麵粉[一一加入]攪拌均勻
    Add in Kaya, Condensed milk, Milo & Flour (one by one) and beat well
3. 用中火蒸大约四十五分钟 - 1 小时,分两次。
    Steam using medium fire for 45mins - one hour, you may separate into 2 times.
4. Use Bamboo stick to test in the middle to see if it is ready.
