Salted Egg Pork Ribs 咸蛋黃炒排骨

I personally did not try to cook this but I ate it at the restaurant and I like the taste so find the recipe as a guideline for future cooking.


材料A:

  • 咸蛋黃......3粒(蒸熟)
  • 牛油......2湯匙


腌肉料:

  • 粟粉......4湯匙
  • 雞蛋......1個
  • 醬油......1茶匙
  • 鹽......1/4 茶匙
  • 糖......1/4 茶匙


材料B:

  • 排骨......500公克(切成小片)
  • 食油......半鍋(煎炸用途)


烹飪過程:

  1. 燒開鍋後,放入油,待熱。將排骨,慢慢置入,煎炸成金黃色,待用。
  2. 將咸蛋黃攪碎,待用。
  3. 燒開鍋後,轉小火放入牛油,煮溶。倒入咸蛋黃拌炒,之後加入炸排骨,攪拌均勻,即可。
