This zhi char place located at one kopitiam along Jalan Besar, which is diagonally opposite Sim Lim Tower near Little India. I walked there via Bugis as that is more convenient to us and we know direction from Bugis better.
What is famous here is the fried bee hun. It is known as Crispy Vermicelli 烧焦米粉. The Bee hun here is slightly different from what you see normally. It looks like a round burnt beehun but that is what is the special about it. When you flip it, most of the common ingredients you will see in fried bee hun can be found. Taste is special because of the burned like and crispy texture. The rest of the items that we ordered were average like what you can find normally at other zhi char place.
