This pastry and cake shop located at Duxton Road. I happened to celebrate my friend brithday at Tanjong pagar area, hence, thinking to try this pastry shop. The shop has a quite meaningful name which Bonheur [bo-nur; Fr. baw-nœr] in French means Happiness and Patisserie [puh-tis-uh-ree; Fr. pah-teesuh-ree] in French means a Confectionery.
It is well-known of its Strawberry Balsamic Mousse with layers of Green Pistachio Sponge cake, White Vanilla Bavarois, a type of cream topped by a pinkish Strawberry Balsamic. I bought a whole cake($60) for a friend birthday. It is not cheap but the taste is excellent. I would advise to had it while chill and it tasted like yogurt ice-cream.
It recently opened a stall at Pasar Bella - The Farmer's Market with smaller pieces like the picture above. The cake that sell at their shop at duxton is the long rectangle size.
