A small cafe on top of the OSIM Building. Every day there are only 3 items on the menu and depend on your luck. If you pre-order first, you normally will get your choice. The food here is average and sometime you will have good one, so far I am quite satisfy with my food with the money I paid. Price range from $3.50 - $5.50. If they offer steak, that will be around $8. That is the most expensive one on the menu.
