I start loving soup since I come to SG. Not because of the soup here is super good, but I started to love soup, especially it boiled for few hours.(慢火煲煮的中华老火靓汤，火候足，时间长，既取药补之效，又取入口之甘甜).
老火汤 can be found at quite a number of foodcourt. As I stay nearby Toa Payoh so I always go to Gourmet Paradise Foodcourt for my favourite soup. I always ordered the same soup 老黄瓜八爪鱼西施骨。I love it, it tasted superb. Next time I should try out the other soups.
