Food is important. Humans need a lot of things to survive, food is one of them. I just simply like to eat and would like to share the food that I had eaten or I prepared to remind myself how fortunate am I for all the cuisines.

Flourless chocolate cake with Ice-Cream
Flourless chocolate cake
Recipe ingredients
120ml water
2g salt
150g white sugar
504g bittersweet chocolate
225g unsalted butter
6 eggs
Cooking Steps
* Start by preheating the oven to 150 °F (300 °F) and grease a 25cm round cake pan. Also have a pan larger than the cake pan ready for later use.
* Combine water, salt and sugar in a small saucepan and over low/medium heat. Stir until completely it is dissolved then set aside.
* Melt the bittersweet chocolate and pour chocolate into an electric mixer. Chop butter into smaller pieces and beat the butter into the chocolate, one piece at a time, then add in the hot sugar water mixture. Slowly beat in the eggs, alternately.
* Pour your mixture into the prepared pan. Put the cake pan into the larger pan you have ready and fill the big pan with boiling water halfway to the top of the smaller cake pan.
* Bake your chocolate cake in the water pool at 150 °F (300 °F) for about 45 minutes. The center will still look wet when done. Leave cake in the pan and chill overnight. Dip the bottom of the cake pan in hot water for a few seconds to un-mould easier.
Ice-Cream
I bought the ready made Tip-top ice-cream from supermarket. Server with the chocolate cake.:)
