Negro Cake

A料
480g Butter 牛油
150g Brown Sugar 黃糖
B料
10 Eggs 蛋
1 tsp 茶匙 Vanilla Flavour 香兰精
4 tbsp 大匙 Gula Hitam 黑糖浆
600g Raisin 葡萄干
300g Cooking Chocolate 朱古力块
60ml Water 水
1/2 tin (200g) Condensed Milk 炼奶
C 料
200g Horlicks 好力克
300g Hong kong Flour 水仙粉
1 tsp 茶匙 Soda 苏打粉
I tsp 茶匙 Baking Powder 发粉

注:
1. 朱古力块加水溶化 [隔水溶化]
2. 葡萄干放在搅拌机里面搅拌.[分五次搅拌]
3. 水仙粉,苏打粉,发粉 – 记得过滤
4. C料在加入搅拌之前参在一起.

做法:
i. Beat A, then add in eggs one by one while beating. Beat until mix well.
打发A料加蛋(一粒一粒下,打到均匀)
ii. Stir in ingredients B one by one and mix well.
把B料一种一种搅入(i)中.
iii. Stir in ingredients C.
再搅入C料.
iv. Pour the batter into 10’ square tin, greased. Steam for 3-4 hours.
倒入10’的盘,铺纸涂油,蒸3-4小时
