In sibu, it consider quite good and you can refill the soup with additional charges. It currently served 2 types of Bak Kut Teh, the soupy version and the dry version. I got myself the dried version also and guess what, when it served it is all dark, it cooked with dark soy sauce and dried chilli so it kinda taste a bit spicy. There are some burn taste and it is hard to differentiate whether it is really the food or it is burned by just looking at it.
