I had been to Café Brio’s @ Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel few years back for comapny lunch. I remember of this restaurant when I saw the promotion listed today in the newspaper.
It is the international buffet, thus it served asian food & western food. The things I remember most is the dessert that served in the buffet. The desserts were very nice, look interesting and tasted good.
The other wonderful things is we can choose to dine at the riverside. You will feel the cooling air while enjoying your dinner or even lunch time provided the sun is not that hot.
All the food ordered subjected to 7% GST + 10% service charge.
