奇華餅家 Kee Wah Bakery

My colleague bought this egg rolls(鸡蛋卷) back from Hong Kong 奇華餅家 Kee Wah Bakery. It seems to be very famous. The egg rolls tasted good, it could be I love all the egg rolls product. Once you opened it, you have to finish soon, or else if the air get into the egg roll and it becomes soggy, the taste really weird.




I went to Hong Kong in Aug 2012. I wanted to buy some souvenir back, it seems like people normally will buy the wife cake, and I heard Kee Wah has better.  The best I heard is Heng Xiang but it is not that commonly in Hong Kong. The taste of the wife biscuit is average, I love the softer crust and the filling. The winter melon feeling is not too sweet so it added up the points.
