I went for dinner with colleague after work. I noticed that there is 1 for 1 promotion for the pizza and pasta, so I plan to take a try as my colleague said this is nice. However, when we reached there, I only know that the promotion is not valid on Friday, Weekend & public holiday. Today is Friday, so no promotion for this.
Anyhow, we still have our dinner there. We ordered a salad & a pizza, with 2 juices. There is 1 juice free with 2 juices ordered.
Below is the food we ordered:-
Lime juice + Mango Juice. $5 eachClassic Caesar - Crisp Romaine leaves, shaved Parmesan cheese and garlic-herb croutons tossed in our Caesar dressing. Whole($14.50) and added with grilled rosemary chicken breast($3.50). So, total is $18.Margherita - The classic Italian pizza. Made with imported Italian tomatoes, Mozzarella and fresh Mozzarella cheeses topped with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese. ($19.90)Overall, I like the food especially the pizza here. The bread is not that thick which I like it most. But it is quite costly.
In order to celebrate my friend's birthday, I came back to this restaurant again on 10 April 2008. The 1 for 1 promotion is still on and this time we received a free pizza.
California Pizza Kitchen's napkinMediterranean Salad($16.90) - A chilled salad of cucumbers, red onions, fresh tomatoes and Greek olives tossed with crisp Romaine leaves and lemon-herb vinaigrette, served on a bed of hummus. Topped with Feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and our homemade Tzatziki sauce. Served with pita bread. Add grilled rosemary chicken breast, grilled shrimp, or sautéed salmon.Peking Duck($20.90) - Topped with roasted peking duck and the "keropak".Milan($22.90) - A combination of grilled spicy Italian sausage and sweet Italian sausage with sautéed wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, Fontina, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Topped with fresh herbs.Belgian chocolate soufflé cake ($8.50), served warm with triple-thick hot fudge on vanilla bean sauceThe pizzas ordered today is nice and special. I like Milan and felt peking duck pizza quite special. The salad I still prefer Caesar salad as Mediterranean salad contain raw onion where I feel the taste is too stronf. The dessert, the chocolate souffle cake is really nice. I love it.
All the food ordered subjected to 7% GST + 10% service charge.
