The Cafe Cartel

I like the restaurant as the food is nice & the price is reasonable. There is no service charge for this restuarant where I feel is good, althiugh we need to get the things ourselves, but the staffs there are quite friendly. Even sometime we have some requests, they still entertain us well.
I will update the menu below every time I visited the restaurant.

Fried Macaroni. Tasted normal, like chinese deep fried.

29 March 2008 - After finished my trip to Jurong Library, me and my friend decided to go IMM for lunch. There are too many restaurant there and we did not know which to choose, so finally this is the place. I ordered pork ribs, but IMM outlet did not have free upgrade to set menu. I only found out after I ordered the food as I know some outlets do offer the same item with extra free upgrade to set menu.

3 April 2008 - I went to Raffles City Tower's Cafe Cartel for dinner. So far I know there is no service charges at this resturant but today I noticed the menu added "Subject to 10% service charges". I asked the staff there and they told me they started to charge 10% service charges since last month, but only at this outlet. I am wondering why and he told me, this is decided by management. Is it because people that come to this restaurant is not self service enough?? I doubted.
