One of our lunch place near the office, not working distance, but it is 5-8 mins drive from the office. Most of the time, we will get their all day set menu which come with soup, garlic bread, a drink, main course and dessert. The price range from $9.80 to $15.80.
The food here consider cheap for a cafe standard and tasted quite average. Not very fantastic but not too bad.

Chicken Chop with black pepper sauce($11.80)
Fish N Chip($9.80) - I feel like more coating that fish. It is a bit hard too.
