One of my lunch option at Ubi Avenue area near my workplace. I am not too sure where I can find other Thai cuisines but great that the coffee shop at Ubi Place have one. It is always long queue for this stall. The food here tasted quite good. I tried their Phad Thai and glass noodles. Every time I am here, I got these 2 items, so this time I was thinking to have something different. I tried their NEW Thai Sukiyaki.

One plus point here is they can prepare vegetarian Thai Cuisine for you. If you are not a very particular vegetarian like my colleague, this is one of your choice, simple yet tasty Phad Thai without any meaty stuff.

Thai Sukiyaki Seafood Soup($4.50) - I know Japanese Sukiyaki, but never heard about the Thai version. I was a bit worry about the taste. There are 2 types to choose from, either soup or dry version. I chose soup and glad that I did not make the wrong choice. It tasted quite good, with glass noodles and lot of vegetables. With the amount that I paid, I got 4 prawns(not the big one) and some squids, which is very reasonable to me.

Tom Yam Seafood Fried Rice($4.50) - my colleague like it.

Green Curry Chicken - my colleague like it and I tried. Tasted good also.

Thai Sukiyaki Seafood Dry($4.50) - taste the same but I prefer the soup version as the so call dry version is not really the dry dry kind, so dun really like this kind of half wet and dry version.

Collin's Grille.Bento Express

New eatery opens at JTC Ubi food court that I usually go for lunch. Checked online and found that it has other branches. This is western cum Japanese bento chain, so you get more choices.

I got cheesy fried chicken.  The price is slightly higher than normal food court at this area but still reasonable.  The fried chicken tasted average. The breading I think it is too much so I feel like the chicken is less. French fries over fried, salad and corn still ok. Overall I compare it with Aston,  I will prefer Aston as it seems more value fpr money as their sides are overall quite good.

Rocky Master

It is just at the level 1 at my office. My office situated at Starhub Green. They had desserts discount of 30% on every Monday & Friday after 5pm which is no longer have now. We went down quite often if we have any craving. The dessert overall are quite good, I think better than their food.

I like the Tiramisu and the cheesecake. Their cheesecake series is highly recommended, I think it is the best among all the other cake range.

Met up with ex-manager for lunch and he missed the dish below. Never try their beef stew so I decided to give it a try. Not too bad. The rice is actually quite fragrant, the side dish vegetables too salty for me, even go with the rice but tasted nice. Beef stew is good but I prefer if it can be warmer.

Jimmy Cafe

A small cafe on top of the OSIM Building. Every day there are only 3 items on the menu and depend on your luck. If you pre-order first, you normally will get your choice. The food here is average and sometime you will have good one, so far I am quite satisfy with my food with the money I paid. Price range from $3.50 - $5.50. If they offer steak, that will be around $8. That is the most expensive one on the menu.
