InHouse

My brother dine here quite often because this is the nearest 24 hours nearby our house. He worked usually quite late, most of the places are closed past midnight, so he will dine here sometime. Overall the food here tasted average.

Wa-tan Ying Yong(RM10.90+) - this is a noodle dish with pan fried(or deep fried) bee hun and kway teow topped with the egg gravy. My all time favourite but hardly can find a really nice one. This version was average.

Stir Fried Beef Hor Fun(RM10.90+) - my brother version without vegetables. Not too sure is it because of there was no vegetable, the dish looked quite little. Tasted not bad.

Coffee Chemistry Signature

I met friends for tea time. The reason for choosing this cafe is because the mall is not that crowded. It is located at First Subang Mall, a new mall that start operating 2 years ago. When I asked my brother and friends, none of them know about this mall. Then I understand why the friend that recommended this cafe said the mall is not crowded as it is not popular. The cafe's environment is great with cosy design. They also have a little sofa corner with I normally love to have it, too bad that we did not manage to get that.

I had Green Tea Latte(RM11+) as I already had a coffee in the morning.  I requested for a bear art but they can only do a frog for me. The green tea latte is very nice and I love it. I tried their Gateau Cake(RM12.90+) although I was full but still cannot resists to have it to go with my latte. It tasted average. If I have chance, I would like to try out their coffee.

Another highlight of this cafe is, they provided 3D arts on your latte and drink. Of course price is different for that.

Good Friends Restaurant And Cafe

We were looking for the cafe for college-mate gathering. We walked around SS15 and went into this cafe as we like the cafe ambiance. The coffee tasted average but the food not good for me.

I had the not good Egg Florentine(RM14++) here. No hollandaise sauce but with mayo. They added burnt grilled garlic which make dish tasted a bit bitter. The egg yolks were not really flowing but the bread tasted soft and nice.

My friend got Good Breakfast(RM18++) and Good French Toast(RM15++) but they all told me taste so so(average). The french toast looked really good but taste average.

MORI Japanese Restaurant

My friend brought me to this Japanese restaurant on a Saturday night.  Not many people when we arrived but he highly recommend it. He is very particular of food so I guess the restaurant that he recommended should be good.

Our bill damage was RM180++. You may find only a few items on the picture below but we actually had more than that. The BBQ skewers here tasted quite good with fresh ingredients. Unagi,  tamago, BBQ beef sliced all tasted nice. The sashimi very fresh too. Overall I was quite satisfied with the food but I was having bill shock after that. 2 of us really eat a lot.

Phad Thai

I didn't want to go too far as I got no transport so I told my friend that we met at Taipan, easier for me to go there. I went to the Thai restaurant as I was searching online on any good food there. When I went in, there wasn't much people, only 1 table occupied. Straight away I was thinking how is the food as the business seems not too good. However, never try never know. I browse through the menu and they have quite a lot of choices. The price is consider cheap for me if compare to some restaurant in KL. Here I feel good food and good value after finished my meal.

Left: Thai Milk Tea(RM3++). Right: Pandan Tea(RM1++) - both tasted quite nice. I especially like the milk tea just it was too sweet for me.

Phad Thai Seafood(RM7.90++) - this is surprisingly very good value I feel with the 3 big prawn on top. There isn't other seafood, it is fried with eggs and bean sprout. Tasted a bit sweet but friend said that is because the originally Thai food in Thailand tasted more toward the sweet side.

Tom Yam Seafood(RM15.90++) - taste good and the ingredients is good for the price

Pandan Chicken(RM9.90++) - taste quite good but a bit fatty

Pineapple Fried Rice(RM9.90++) - Never taste it but my friend said tasted quite good too, have Thai feels.

Bangkok Beat Bistro

Originally we were planning to go for Japanese restaurant but they were off for lunch break when we reached around 3pm. No choice we had to find another one and we choose the Thai food.

I was very sure we were making wrong choice when ordering our main course and appetizer. We did not want to have too much as we were going to have dinner at 6pm. We ordered both the signature dishes. 3 flavor noodles with prawn and fried papaya salad. The 2 dishes had too similar taste and made us feel no appetise at all after having some bites. This 2 dishes shouldn't pair with other food. So whoever come to this restaurant, do remember not to order like us. We were regretted to try the new dishes and should just go for the normal tom yam soup and phad thai.

Three-flavour Noodle Crisps with Shrimps(RM16++) - This is not like main course, rather like appetizer. The so call noodles like fried noodles and it is too dry. Both of us cannot finish the food. Tasted a bit sweet so I don't like it.

Deep Fried Green Papaya Salad(RM12.90++) - tasted good if you like fried stuff

Asia Cafe

Asia cafe's concept like the open space food court. There are lot of variety and the food is nationwide. You can find Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Indian food etc. My brother love the spaghetti here, saying that is the best pasta he had.

We are here for supper, no space for heavy food, so we just ordered some tibits. The Mango + Red Dragon Fruits drink are great, they have the giant size version. The tako just average but my brother love that. It is good when serves in hot. The xiao long bao nothing special. Overall i think the food here are good. You can see the crowd even in midnight,  it could be due to there are 3 colleges near by, it attracted most students.

Chilly Pan Mee

I like the chilli here. Really spicy but shiok. The pan mee tasted good with chilli but it is quite spicy for me, so I cannot put much. My brother introduced this place to us, he come quite often. The wanton soup is nice and wanton have really good filling. I like that a lot.
