Poh Guan Bakery 宝源

My client company has the breakfast session every month, where they will get the bakery or cake house to sell cake, pastries & buns during the breakfast time at discounted price. Not much discount but it will be slightly cheaper than you buy outside bakery.

This week, they have Poh Guan Bakery, it is the branch of Poh Guan Cake House 宝源饼家, a traditional chinese confectionery, specializes in making traditional biscuits, cakes, Teochew kuehs & snacks in Chinatown. It located at MacPherson Road.

I tried the salted egg yolk custard bun. It is nice and I like it, but it is slightly oily. There has more variety to choose from.
