Tokyo Sushi Academy

I attended a company organised sushi making activities on how to make Futo making. We learned the inisde-out roll. There is teacher demonstration then follow by the hands on practicing where you actually tried to make your own sushi for dinner. After the session we ate our handmade sushi with special miso salmon soup that served by the center.  It is yummy! !
