Nana's Green Tea

New Japanese cafe at Plaza Singapura new wing that serves mainly matcha drinks, introduce you the traditional way of tea culture in Japan.

I did not get the traditional one but went for the matcha latte as I read from somewhere that it is better, wonder if I wilk like it. So decided to go for the recommended Hot Matcha Latte($7++) and my friend got the Matcha Float ($8.50++). This version it comes with the milk and sugar, you can also have the light version without sugar and milk. Both types also serves hot and cold. How is the taste? Definitely not the same as the one you have elsewhere even the latte version you still can taste slightly bitterness. I like thid and will be good to go with some desserts so I added matcha roll. If you order any drink you can get $1 discount for the cake.  That seems the only cake on the list.

We were late for our dinner so decided to order some light stuff, the Broccoli Prawn($7.80++). Broccoli and prawn salad is warm, it uses white boiled prawns, broccoli, corn and miso finished with a dash of mayonnaise.

Steam Chicken Salad($6.80++) - the steamed chicken with vegetables topped with sesame sauce. The sesame sauce taste definitely nice, but the steam chicken has some weird taste, not too sure it is taken directly from the fridge so it have kind of special taste.
