I attended Tea Appreciation Workshop that organized by the company at Tea Chapter. It happened was near to Mooncake festival, so organizer prepared mooncake for us. This was just perfectly matched as tea with mooncake just won't go wrong.

* Complimentary Free Gift for all guests - Flower Jasmine Tea, when you add in hot water, it will flower and when you finish the tea, you can still keep the flower in water for decoration for 2 weeks.
It is $30 Nett per person for the 2 hours session, which I feel is not a bad deal. The tea snacks most are not make in-house, it is catered as their main business is the tea and not the snacks. They have right choice as the snacks overall are quite good.
The tea set that we are using and how it boiled.
Tea Cookies - I know the green one is the green tea flovour and there are some other which I cannot tell what tea they are using. They all tasted good.
Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf - I like this, taste really good, better than some other that I had tasted before. I should have asked where they got it.
Egg Tarts - I understand that this is from the famous Egg Tarts stall. It tasted quite good, but not much smell.
Tea Egg - I love it!
Vegetarian Bun & Baked Sweet Potatoes
Rose Tea Rice Balls - Nice but too sweet, guess from the ingredient, I am going to try to make myself.
Mooncake from Park Palace - The mooncake taste good, I prefer the snow skin type. The Shang Hai Mooncake(Fried Taro Mooncake) is great too. However, I cannot consume too much as overall, they are all too sweet for me.
