Cheese Biscuit Layered Cake


材料:-Ingredients:-
450克 牛油450g Butter
150克幼糖150g Castor Sugar
150克炼乳150g Condensed Milk
10粒蛋10 Eggs
250克麵粉(筛过)250g Flour(sifted)
发酵粉或发粉(筛过)1.5 teasp Baking Powder(sifted)
1包Julie's Cheese Sandwich Biscuits1 packet Julie's Cheese Sandwich Biscuits
数滴草莓香精Few Drops strawberry paste(Can't find it, so skipped)
红和青色素Red and green colouring

2奇异果/猕猴桃2 Kiwi
6粒草莓6 Strawberries

做法 Step:
1.牛油,糖打至幼滑,加入蛋[一粒一粒加]攪拌均勻。
Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg one by one and mix well.
2.加入 炼乳, 攪拌均勻
Add in condensed milk and mix well.
3. 把面粉和发粉同筛过,加入牛油料内混合,把面糊分成两份。一份加入红色素和草莓香精,一份加青色素。
Sieve flour and baking powder together, fold this into butter mixture. Divide mixture into 2 portions. Add red colour and  strawberry paste to one and green colour to another.
4. 七寸盘塗油,模底铺纸。先加入一层薄红色面糊,以中火蒸熟。
Grease and line the base of a 7"square cake tin. Spread a thin layer of red mixture. Steam over medium heat until cooked.
5. 倒入一层薄青面糊,上置3排Cheese Sandwich Biscuits。把面糊蒸熟。
Spread a thin layer of green mixture on top, arrange 3 rows of Cheese Sandwich Biscuits. Steam until cooked.
6. 重复做法4-5至所有面糊用完为止。蒸大约一个小时。
Repeat Step 4-5 until the mixture is completed. It took around an hour to get it done.
7. 蒸熟待凉,才可以用奇异果/猕猴桃和草莓做装饰。
Once cooked, let it chill before decorating the cake.
注意Notes:-
1.如果不要太甜,可以把幼糖减至100克。
If you don't like the cake to be too sweet, you can reduce the castar sugar to 100g
2.装饰用的水果,随个人喜欢。
Fruits used for decoration can be substitute with anything you like.
3.如果没有发粉,面粉可用自发面粉。
if you don't have baking powder, you may use self raising flour.
