Menya Musashi(Raffles City)

I tried this ramen before and I dun really like it due to the soup is quite thick and quite sticky.  I admitted that I like the one with more soupy style. The noodles is too thick to me and I feel like having the Hokkien mee. One of the good thing here is if you are big eater you can add up your noodles 5x normal size.

I went to this ramen place again for a friend dinner celebration.  This time I tried the original ramen and I feel quite nice for the soup. Not that sticky as what I tasted last time. Could it because I ordered black ramen on my previous visit? I still dun really prefer the noodles but I like the soup broth, not that salty.

White Bukotsu Mori Ramen($17.90++) - with the all in version. I ordered the one with 2 types of meat, the round one is the char siew and the rectangle one is the braised pork belly. I like the rectangle one as it tasted nice. The egg tasted average.  Overall, it tasted quite good for my 2nd experience.

Toro Toro Nankotsuni Ramen($15.90++) - New item on the menu with the cripsy toufu skin which replace the normal seaweed. I tasted the soup and the softbones pork, tasted quite good.
