I attended a company rec club Cupcake Baking and Decorating at Little House of Dreams. It is actually very simple doing cupcake but the decorating need some times if you are going to have complicated design. The decorations that I learned is very simple.
Flowers Decoration:-
1. Using marshmallows.
Cut the marshmallows diagonally. This will forms the petal for your flower. You will find the cut area will be a bit sticky. Then tab it onto the crystal sugar or chocolate chips or colorful pop or others items that you like. Put aside to use later.
2. Using sugar fondue.
It is advised that if we buy the fondue, we buy the white colour and later mix it with the coloring you like to form the other colour. This is saver compare you buy the colour tub one by one.
The sugar fondue has to be kept inside the tighten container so that it will not dry and harden easily.
Using the ready mould cutter to cut the flower. You will get 2D type. To make it 3D, put the flower on your palm, use tool to push the middle down gently so that you not push through a hole and place it at the holder.
Get another colour to make a round fondue and place it in the middle of the flower. You can use very limited water if they do not stick.
