Stew Bean Paste Pork


Ingredient:
Chopped Garlic - 2 tsp
Onion - half of it, finely chopped(Optional)
Bean sauce(2 tbsp) - It depends on how heavy is the taste you want, but dun put too much as it will be too salty
Pork 400g(pork belly or ribs will be nice)
Carrot(Optional, I like to add some vegetables, you can use the vege you like)

Method:
1. fried the Garlic and onion until golden brown, then add in the carrot, pork and cook until brown.
2. Add in the bean sauce and let it simmer for 30-40mins with low fire.(if using ribs, you may want to sim for longer time, normally around an hour)
3. Serve with white rice.
