Baked Cheese Big Head Prawn

材料:
蝦仁3只(去腸），盐， 胡椒粉, 美奶之，馬茲瑞拉芝士(Mozzarella cheese)30克。
做法：
蝦仁盛入焗盅內，涂上美奶之，在表面鋪上一層馬茲瑞拉芝士，放入烤箱焗10分鐘， 芝士表面烤到有点褐色。

Ingredient:
Big Head Prawn (3 pieces), Salt, Pepper, Mayonnaise, Mozzarella cheese(30g)

Method:
Put the prawn on the baking tray, brush a layer of Mayonnaise, then sprinkle the cheese over the prawn. Put in oven for 10 minutes until the surface layer of the cheese turn brownish.
